Snyder’s Cleaning Services has provided quality service to clients by providing them with the professional care they deserve. We offer residential cleaning as well as commercial. Our team caters to each project’s specific needs to ensure excellence. You can choose from a one time clean or a detailed rotation system. That will ensure you, that your house is being cleaned in the most effective/efficient way. Initially our team would come in and start by doing two deep cleans. The first deep clean consists of the wet areas being deep cleaned while the dry and living areas receive a general cleaning throughout. The second deep clean consists of the dry and living areas being deep cleaned while wet areas receive a general clean throughout. Your home or business would then be placed on our detailed rotation system where the wet and dry areas are rotated between deep cleanings.

What We Provide
GENERAL CLEAN
A standard house cleaning will include:
Dusting
dry dusting to furniture, shelves, décor, window ledges, blinds, lamps, light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards, and vents.
Vacuuming/mopping
Includes floors, carpets, rugs, stairs, sofas and other upholstered furniture. All flooring and the outside of the furniture will be mini vacuumed.
Bathrooms
Will include, dusting, toilets, sinks, trash cans, bathtubs, showers, shower heads, countertops, floors will be swept and mopped, bath mats/rugs, mirrors, and light fixtures will all be cleaned. Bathtubs and showers will be completely dried out after cleaning as well as the countertops and floors.
Kitchen
We pay attention to the countertops, stove, oven exterior, refrigerator doors, sink, dishwasher door and all other kitchen appliances. We do not clean or put away dishes. (if dishes are left in the sink we will leave them and not do the sink) the sinks and countertops will be completely dried. Cabinets will also be spot checked.
Bedrooms
Include dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and making beds/changing sheets. (New sheets will need to be set out and we will take old bedding to designated laundry area).
Living areas
Includes dusting, vacuuming/mopping, furniture swept and or wiped down (only the outside of furniture is cleaned during a general cleaning). Items such as magazines and books will be organized or any items that you have a large amount of. Any request can be made at client’s desire.
Kids play room
The health and safety of your children’s playroom are extremely important to us! We’ll be able to deliver any cleaning services needed to help reduce dust, dirt, and other bacteria so your children can play in a safer and cleaner environment.
DEEP CLEAN
A deep cleaning includes:
Wet dusting, polishing to all surfaces, (picture frames, vases, lamps/shades/light switches, décor, baseboards, glass, mirrors, and nik naks).
In the kitchen
we do everything in a standard clean, but we add various needed touches such as the inside of your microwave, cabinets (fronts and backs), kitchen range, inside the stove, extra attention to the faucets and sinks, and the tile and grout.
In the bathrooms we do everything in a standard clean, but we scrub and dry the baseboards, cabinets (fronts and backs), doors/door frames (fronts and backs), detail the faucets and drains, extra attention to tile and grout, and we detail around the toilet. We also clean floors on hands and knees.
In the living area we do everything in a standard clean, but we polish all the surfaces. Picture frames, vases, lamps/shades/switches, and décor. We clean the inside of the couch or any chairs and or wipe them down. We remove pet hair from everything we can. Baseboards will be hand-wiped along with door frames.
In the bed rooms we do everything in a standard clean, but we polish all surfaces including your picture frames, lamps/shades/switches, décor, dressers, night stands, headboards and footboards. All baseboards and door frames will be hand-wiped. We will take down laundry (We don't fold them but we will bring down the baskets).
Deep cleans will last from 3-5 hours. We will deep clean everything we can in this time. If anything is not done in this time it will be done on the second deep clean.
One time deep clean

This service is ONLY for "one time" cleanings.
